Namita started her career as a TAS Summer Intern at TAS in 2015. Namita then joined Unilever as a UFLP Management Trainee in May 2016 and later worked as an Area Sales and Customer Manager. In 2018, Namita joined Janaagraha, where she initially worked as an Associate Manager in Advocacy and later moved on to become a Manager in Municipal Finance. Currently, she holds the position of Head of Municipal Revenues at Janaagraha.
Namita attended Miranda House from 2011 to 2014, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Mathematics. In 2014, she enrolled at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and graduated in 2016 with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Marketing/Marketing Management.
